My sister / her friend & I stayed at this property in Feb 26 and we had a fantastic time . The hotel is luxurious even though it’s not next to a canal ( and to be honest unless you’re on the main canal I don’t see the point ) and is super convenient. 5 mins from St Mark’s basilica and surrounded by brand name stores ( if that’s your thing) with tons of restaurants within walking distance. The services - front desk / concierge- who organized our airport / train transfers / the porters who help us with our luggages from the dock to the hotel ( 2 mins walk ) as well as the amazing staffs at breakfast were outstanding . The à la carte breakfast itself was amazing . Large selections of everything with all the different types of breads / croissants you can eat . Our Deluxe rooms were spacious with huge bathrooms . The hotel has a wellness / spa center and a pool though I didn’t use neither . There is a pretty little bar next to the lobby as well . Will definitely be back .
