We arrived by water taxi late at night. We were surprised to be greeted by hotel representatives at the dock. The taxi driver called the hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room without any additional charge. The room was magnificent. The hotel's breakfasts were excellent. The interiors were stunning. Everything was exquisite. We had previously stayed in other 5-star hotels. This one was superior at a lower cost. Our experience at the hotel was highly positive.

Everything about our stay from start to finish was incredible. The rooms are exquisite and every member of staff we encountered during our time was so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help us in any way we needed. I cannot wait to come back!
