Идеальное расположение - в самом центре, но с удобным подъездом и без толп туристов. Красивые интерьеры, очень вкусный ресторан, внимательный персонал.

Долгое обслуживание a la carte на завтраке. В моем номере 107 поскрипывала кровать. Очень много лестниц в отеле (но тут уже ничего не сделаешь).

"Beautiful hotel, excellent staff let down slightly by the food."

The hotel was stylish and refined, with a real sense of quality and luxury to bedrooms and all common areas. The staff were absolutely superb; nothing was too much trouble for them and they were exceptional across the board - particularly the ladies on reception and in the spa. Extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and completely quiet, and the bathrooms were extremely luxurious.

The only downside was that some of the food was poor for such an expensive hotel. Burned toast in the club sandwich, underdone eggs at breakfast and burned and under-seasoned hash browns. The patisserie offerings were lovely however.

Качественная отделка, приятный отель.

Номер гранд премьер 211, окна в маленький колодец, спальня и ванная просматривается с общих коридоров, нет приватности. Очень темный номер, не хватало освещения, периодически горничная не справлялась с работой, забывали обновлять питьевую воду.
