Location great, quirky and great fun house, clean and well equipped.. comms with owners is great

Very minor point…As an after thought….. bigger towels … buys it’s a minor point and does not over shadow a great fun place

The location was excellent - close to the train, walking distance to the heart of Shinjuku

Tokyo can be cold in January - we were a little unprepared for that

"OK value for money."

Location. Nomber of rooms. Privacy.

The owner was to invaciv and did not help us when we really needed his help. Was very strict. Too many messages and phone calls about the garbage. 3 floors 1 toilets at ground floor.

Wir waren zu dritt für drei Nächte im Pencil Haus. Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie nur empfehlen. Für japanische Verhältnisse bot die Unterkunft sehr viel Platz.
