GBThe staff was friendly. The flat was good size and clean.
I believe the owner intentionally misleading the location of the flat. It stated it's a hotel but actually it's a studio flat located in a dirt, dark small street behind their management agent office. The mattress is horrible and caused us back pain the next morning. The pillow is so low it caused my neck and shoulder pain too. There is not enough furniture. Everything had to leave on the floor. Shower gel had to be put on the floor. Tooth brushes, etc had to be taken out as nowhere you could leave in the bathroom. The bed linen was used for ages. You can't tell it's grey or white! The spotlights are so bright you can't open your eyes when it's on and the switch is very far away. It's so difficult to use during the night. There is not a table light available. 2 chairs are only for children, not big enough for adults. BTW, we were attacked by a mosquito in the flat but I believed this would be the common issue in Naples as well as the drainage smell.

GBThe location across from the port was great.
Bed smelled of pee. Sink in bathroom not screwed down properly, couldn't use rain head shower as cubicle doors doesn't close properly. Only one glass and one cup for 2 people, but they gave plenty of towels. Paying up use the lift was an experience, we've never had that before.
