Venice Speon Canal Views wifi

Pros: The apartment was super clean with plenty of linens. It was easy to find, and the location was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to St. Mark's Basillica, the Rialto bridge, and the Doges palace. The air-conditioners in the bedrooms were working well. The beds were comfy, and the owner was quick to respond to questions. There were a lot of great shops jn every direction. I would stay here again.

Cons: The canal dock that the apartment is alongside is actually a delivery point for all the shops/restaurants in the area. From about 6 am, there was a delivery boat with a crane unloading heavy supplies and the workers carting them down the allies. It was really noisy. There is also, currently, construction nearby, so it was quite difficult to sleep after about 6 am. Also, while I was grateful for the second, smaller bathroom, it was nearly impossible to use the toilet!! Insanely tiny space. Lastly, worrying about the trash was a major issue because you will have to make a special effort to find the garbage boat early in the morning.

Great spot, easy to get to from Rialto, interesting seeing the busy canal through the day both with supply boats and gondolas,

Comfortable but there is only one bathroom which is accessed off the main bedroom. Suits families and close friends, but good value. Suggest that keys that are left in the lock box are checked regularly as we had to get someone to let us in because the wrong keys were left in the lock box.

Excellent location. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby

Water pressure was low. Hot water supply is decent but could be better. On 2nd floor and no lift. The apartment is a bit older

Localização excelente. Próximo a praça de S. Marcos. Próximo a ótimos restaurantes. Apartamento amplo. Quartos grandes, e dois banheiros.

Apartamento precisa de uma pequena reforma. Tacos do chão soltos próximo ao quarto.

Bra läge nära allt vi ville se. Bra info o lätt att få kontakt med.

Trappor utan hiss då vi hade barnvagn med oss. Fick bära upp för trapporna packning o vagn. Men det visste vi om enl info.

La ubicación

Limpieza regular. Casa falta de mantenimiento

La situació és immillorable...a molt a prop de Plaça St Marco per una banda i del Ponte Rialto per l'altra. Apartament molt gran amb cuina equipada. Amb vistes a un petit canal.

Anàvem 6 persones. Els llits de les habitacions eren molt còmodes, però el del sofà-llit no era tan còmode... matalàs una mica prim i feia soroll al moure't. Un dels banys és mooolt estret.

Que siendo Venecia, el tamaño del apartamento era grande

La dirección que tenía booking no era la correcta y necesitamos como 1h i media hasta que lo encontramos. La persona encargada no nos dio la ubicación hasta que unas personas de la ciudad nos ayudaron a hablar con el por tfno, pero nunca vino en persona. El apartamento está descuidado de mantenimiento. El menaje de cocina no tiene ni tostadora ni exprimidor de naranja y un solo cuchillo de cocina y no bueno. El ruido de la calle por obras suele empezar a las 6 de la mañana y debido a la instalación del aire acondicionado no permite cerrar las ventanas en dos habitaciones. Plaga de mosquitos( no se puede cerrar las ventanas y un antimosquitos no sirve para nada)
