Central cozy apartment

Good location: 2 tram stops from main railway station, 4-5 stops (15 minutes) from city center, 2 stops from metro "Flora". Grocery store nearby as well. Very nice living room. Well equipped kitchen where you get literally everything you need, incl. olive oil, salt, tea and toaster. Good equipped bathroom (even with bidet). It's easy to get the keys. You get many useful instructions about your vacations: from getting wifi to where to have a dinner. Worth to mention that apartments are located on 3rd (4th) floor in high ceilings house without an elevator. For me it was not an issue but consider climbing to get there.

Would be nice to have check in time a bit earlier: around 13:00 instead of 15:00.

The appartment is sufficiently big , comfortable and clean. You have a lovely kitchen and a spacious bathroom.

Since there were no elevators ,we had to climb 3 floors to reach the appartment. It was a difficult ordeal with our baggage .

Great flat! Equipped with everything you need (and even more). Large, spacious bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful entresol :) Fantastic location. Close to the old town, next to shops and pubs for beer and food. Mrs Teresa is a wonderful host. She cares about the guests throughout their stay and is very responsive. I was surprised by the very cool city guide prepared by the owner. In a word - highly recommended!

The TV corner could be better decorated because it doesn't match the atmosphere of the whole flat ;) Apart from that, absolutely no bad words.

We did not like the odor of the whole apartment. More cleaning is needed. Floors need definitely to be washed by cleaner rags with floor soap or cleaner. Satellite receiver did not work, we asked for and advice but we did not receive any support. Parking was way too over the expected amount that was communicated with the LL before. If we knew, we would have definitely be looking for a better accommodation with parking incl. The whole zone was a bit dodgy, not clean, people lying on streets, behaving badly, unfortunately.

A person handed over the keys in person and had few words. He was very nice and helpful

The bed was too nosiy, when you move from side to side it makes lot of nosie that the other person sleeping in the mez beds wake up. The room had strange smell. The WIFI was very slow

The location is the best and perfect for one family

Just opposite of apartment there is night club and sometimes comes noise.

Location is great near Lipanska station so exploring the city was easy.
