"هذا العفن اللي تحت مراتب الكنب ولو اقدر اصور الحشرات اللي مشيت علي كان صورت بس صغار جدا زي صاحبه الشقه الطماعه"

الشقه مقرفه وفيها حشرات وقلت لصاحبه الشقه انه هذا الوضع غير مرضي قالت مو مشكلتي وطلبت منها إلغاء يومين ووافقت على اساس ترجع لي باقي قيمه الاقامه لاني اخذت اوتيل ما قدرت أتحمل وضع الوصاخه والحشرات بشقتها بعدين غيرت كلامها صاحبه الشقه شخص مغرور ما اعرف على ايش إذا ريحتها طالعه هي بذاتها ايش اتوقع من شقتها عموما أسوء اقامه عشتها بحياتي مع العلم ما نمت بالشقه إلا يوم واحد وانا حاجزه خمس ايام ورميت كل شي ورى ظهري ولا يجيني مرض من شقتها المعفنه

Emplacement exceptionnel proche de tout. Silence absolu car l appartement ne donne pas sur la rue. Hôtesse très attentive et attentionnée. Possibilité de prendre ses repas comme à la maison.

La deuxième chambre n a pas de fenêtre. Il n y a en fait qu une salle de bain. Le lavabo des toilettes est un appoint. Idéal pour un couple et un ou deux enfants

"Excellent once again."

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this apartment and both times it’s been excellent. The location is great, it’s spacious, clean, and well furnished. We would definitely return.

The shower could use some work. The shower head sprays water everywhere and there’s only half a door. Plenty of hot water, though, so just a minor thing.

Está a 5 minutos a pie del Duomo y tiene ascensor que era importante porque viajamos con una persona mayor. Al apartamento no le falta un detalle. Si vuelvo a ir, no dudaría en cogerlo.

"Една незабравима почивка във Флоренция и Тоскана!"

Местоположението беше страхотно - много близо до катедралата - Duomo, на метри от галерия Академия и същевременно беше много тихо и спокойно.

Fantastic location..opposite Academia Gallery. Plenty of bars & restaurants & supermarkets nearby Short walk to Duomo Very clean Great communication with owner/agent

Bathroom needs black mould removing & shower head fixing Could do with a small mirror in master bedroom..for hair drying

"Excellent location and fantastic apartment"

The location was fantastic. The apartment was great. A lot of room to relax. The beds were comfy. Very quiet even though you entered off the busy Via Ricasoli. Very good water pressure. Apartment had a dishwasher which was very handy.
