"Perfect quiet retreat in busy Venice for family of 4"

The appartment was very spacious Comfortable and beautiful It was perfect for 4 people and all the nice touches like fresh coffee and tea plus a spa bath which was wonderful We really liked that it was 2 minutes out of the hustle and bustle of the main squares which made it a great sanctuary to retreat to Great communication with hosts

A washing machine would have been handy but there was a laundromat close by

It’s pretty dark inside, especially in the living room. The second bed is not very comfortable but it’s fine

Alvise was excellent. Meeting us at the vaporetto in the pouring rain and taking us to the apartment. The accom was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. It was tucked away in a quiet lane. Everything was walkable. Great spot to stay in Venice.

We LOVED the property. Fantastic location,spacious, very clean 🙏🏻, wonderful architecture, a combination of modern and antique decor. Set up beautifully with all amenities. Alvise was most helpful in welcoming us and providing us with invaluable information to traverse this magical city! We treated the property as if it were our own and left it as found. Giovanni you are so fortunate to be the proud owner of your private Venetian paradise. Thank you for accepting our dream stay❣️

There was nothing that we were not fond of. If I had to mention one thing that would have been helpful to me, as a woman .. that would be a magnifying mirror. Really this is insignificant.. because the property was perfect for us! Grazie Giovanni🙏🏻
