"Logement insalubre, adapté aux insensibles au bruit."

L'emplacement proche des lieux historiques, de restaurants. L'espace dans le logement est agréable et spacieux. Le service proposé (serviette, kit d'accueil, thé, café…) sont bien. La réactivité de l'hôte est parfaite tant par mail que par téléphone.

La vétusté du logement, l'absence d'insonorisation tant avec les voisins du dessus que venant de la rue. Le calme est entre 2h du matin et 5 du matin ce qui laisse peu de temps pour dormir. Congélateur sale, bouilloire entartrée, pas d'éponge vaisselle neuve, nappe déchirée, assise d'un toilette mal fixée, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas, joins de douche moisi et décollé, tâches et trous sur les murs, meuble rouillé et troué dans la salle de bain, moisissures, pas d'étanchéité des fenêtres avec un trou donnant sur l'extérieur de la cuisine vers la rue…

"Great central location, not suitable for anyone wanting to sleep before 3am."

The central location in Florence was great during the day.

The property is located opposite a side street with a nightclub which had people in the street until after 3am all 3 nights Thursday - Sunday, the windows are not insulated so very loud and disturbed sleep throughout our stay.

La nevera está dañada y la respuesta fue la misma que se da a lo que se pregunta. Aparentemente no hay interés en la calidad en el servicio Cobran un extra si se pide una sábana, a pesar de que personalmente comprueban que se aloja una pareja, conforme lo que se pagó
