1) Spacious 2) decent kitchen with utensils for cooking 3) comfortable bed 4) located near the train station 5) Host waited for us, to show us the flat location. Helped to carry my luggage.

1) Issue with shower - inconsistent water temperature fluctuating between cold and hot 2) Steep staircase, no lift.
