The staff were great and the elevators look very cool. We felt comfortable and safe throughout. We even received an upgrade on the room for our family which was very nice.

There is no pool/sauna. The gym timings we only 2-4pm for females, meaning my wife could not use the gym at all in the mornings. They should consider expanding the female timings to one hour in the morning also.

Rooms are smaller, you pay premium price for nothing extra

Good location. near to everywhere we want to go. Our stay was comfortable. Nice and cozy lobby for waiting time.

Keycard doesnt work on other floors to visit some friends on the same hotel.

المكان ممتاز لانه في النص قريب من برج المملكة نظيف جدا ، هدوء رغم ان تحته لونج للفجر بس بالغرف ما تسمع ازعاج ، القيمة مقابل المكان والنظافة ممتازة

مخرج المواقف السفلية يحتاج سواق محترف اذا يبي يطلع سليم 😂
