Ho avuto problemi in bagno. La doccia aveva anta scorrevole che si smontava e le porte erano pericolanti ed avendo 2 figli piccoli dovevo controllarli ancora più del dovuto per il rischio che la porta gli potesse cascare addosso. Nella doccia non è presente un portasapone. Phon in bagno non funzionava. Presa vicino allo specchio "fissata con il silicone" molto pericoloso. Durante la notte si è otturato il bagno e si è praticamente allagato. Condizionatore in camera rumoroso, testiera del letto non fissata al muro ed ogni volta che inserivo la presa si muoveva e faceva rumore. Bagnoschiuma e Shampoo non rimpiazzati per tutti i 2 giorni di permanenza in camera.

Çalışanlar çok iyiydi. Yardimseverlerdi. Konum olarak vatikana çok yakın yürüyerek gittik. Metroya 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

Odada bardak kettle falan yoktu ama talep ettik hemen temin ettiler. Diş kapı kitli olunca açtırmak icin biraz beklemek ulaşmak gerekiyor.

It was clean. It is close to the Vatican city and the bus station. Lots of restaurants around.

The hair dryer was broken. Poor contact with the reception. We ordered 2 separate beds, got 1 double. Also they didn't respond to the arrival time set on the booking.com. Needed to write by What's app. The pipes were clogged and when we washed hands in the sink, the water came out of shower drain.

La ubicación no estaba mal, cerca del Vaticano.

Tuvimos un atasco en el baño, se colapsó la ducha y tenía señales en la puerta de que había ocurrido más veces. Un poco desastre no poder ducharse tranquilamente porque se nos inundase el baño.

La posizione, la presenza dell'ascensore (anche se piccolo tipo anni 50), l'operatività anche in remoto con l'accesso da link, balcone con affaccio sulla strada, aria condizionata ed il box auto.

L'usura delle finiture sia in camera che in doccia. TV rotta. Frigo che non freddava a dovere. Insonorizzazione con le camere vicine.

O atendimento inicial do anfitrião foi grosseiro inicialmente por percebemos que o quarto não foi o reservado pois estávamos com o bebê e não tinha chaleira elétrica. Após perceber o erro ele pediu perdão, mas foi uma situação delicada naquele instante

Honestly good value for money. Lovely people and very helpful. Close to the Vatican as well! If you take the bus in 10 min you’re there. Also!! The best pasticcera close by, best for breakfast, and a Todis local shop nearby.

Its close to the metro and to the Vatican City.

They had 3 phone numbers to check in, we waited more than 30min in the sun, eventhoug they asked me the time of arrival. I said 13h, still there was no one picking phones or taking the bell. They didn't answer WhatsApp either, when they contacted me 2 days before. The check in process need to get better. The pillows are very uncomfortable and when they did room service, they didn't have new towels, only 1 and we were 3. They didn't make beds or anything.
