"excellent spa! we booked only for this. but the rooms is spacious and very good facilities"

We only stayed a short time, the main reason was to use the spa facilities, the booking system was excellent has it meant we basically had the place to ourselves.

The location was outstanding and the room large and comfortable.

The street was sometimes noisy but that is the same throughout Florence

"Great location, but please respect do not disturb signs…"

Location perfect and staff very friendly. Pool was great and not busy.

Cleaning staff came in room at least twice when the Do not disturb/ please don’t clean my room was on the outside. I have no idea why, one time woke us up on hearing the intruder in the sitting area. I have never known this to happen elsewhere. Breakfast wasn’t the strongest, but there’s enough there to find something.
