Es un hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones están muy cómodas y la comida del restaurante es deliciosa el Personal muy amable. Los alrededores del hotel están muy feos, mucho tráfico. Está lejos de las atracciones turísticas.

"Opulence and Excellence "

The hotel is opulent and luxurious. Everyone is accommodating, including the front desk staff, housekeeping, room service, laundry, security, bell staff, and restaurant staff. The manager was also warm and inviting.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking, to be a 5 stars hotel, parking fees should be included in the reservation fee. Some of the staff are not well trained to deal with clients and the front office receptionist was favouring some nationalities over the the locals which was very unprofessional for me.
