"Serious Privacy Concerns and Disappointing Resolution"

I chose this hotel based on a previous positive experience, but this stay was very disappointing. During my stay, I reported concerns involving unauthorized access to my room, personal belongings being handled, and a sanitation issue that was documented and reported to management. What disappointed me most was the lack of a meaningful resolution. Despite reporting the incidents immediately, requesting review of available records, and following up through the appropriate channels, I was ultimately informed that no wrongdoing had been found and was offered only a one-night refund. As a repeat guest and Bonvoy member, I expected greater accountability and a more thorough response to concerns involving guest privacy, room access, and sanitation.
