Title: Outstanding Hotel – I Will Definitely Return! Before my arrival, I had asked about a room upgrade for an additional fee. At check-in, the receptionist kindly upgraded my room free of charge because there was an issue with the booking system. The room was perfectly cooled upon arrival, which was greatly appreciated after a hot day. The air conditioning was exceptionally quiet, and the soundproofing was outstanding – both the room itself and the windows provided complete peace and quiet.Nights were sooooo quiet! I slept like a baby! The bathroom was very clean, everything worked perfectly, and I encountered no technical issues during my stay. I would also like to praise the housekeeping team. They were respectful of guests' privacy and comfort at all times – no loud conversations outside rooms, no shouting across corridors, no phone calls in hallways, and doors were always closed quietly. This level of consideration is rare and deserves special recognition. The location is perfect, with easy access to a grocery store, the main train station, tram stops, and bus connections. A truly excellent hotel. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna! 😊

Breakfast same every single day, but was delicious anyway.
