The staff were great. We also loved the bar and lounging area

There was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom on our arrival however it looked impeccably clean

It's a very relaxing atmosphere at the hotel. And it's very safe too and good to see the staff patrolling around the reception area at all times. All staff helpful at all times and it's always great to see Ken about the place when we visit. We look forward to our next visit soon.

The twin room was tiny .there was no where to leave my case down open .there was a chair but no room to sit on it .it was very claustrophobic and I dont suffer from anything like that. It wasn't much bigger then my utility. Air con broke during the night. They did fix it the next morning but with the high temperatures it was unbearable. The breakfast which we paid separately for was terrible. Stone cold food .undercooked rashers .the juice was ok and the cappuccino and a little bun was ok too .we also had to be out by 11
