Property Notes

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorize an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorization will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorized amount will be released by the hotel after departure. "דובאי מושלמת כמו תמיד וכך גם המלונות כולל זה"

חדרים מרווחים ונקיים צוות אדיב בריכה מעולה מחירים סבירים

הכל היה מעולה לאחר מס פעמים בדובאי ורמת שרות מטורפת דווקא במלון הזה הורגש שארוחת הבוקר לא ברמה הכי גבוהה אבל חשוב לציין עדיין מעולה

Хорошие завтраки и ужины, номерной фонд, отзывчивый персонал.

Очень плохая шумоизоляция номеров, все слышно что в соседнем номере происходит, у нас был большой балкон на котором не убирались, тараканы везде, не смотря на то что 5 звёзд. Подушки очень неудобные. Бассейн не глубокий больше подходит для детей.
