Every time I visit, there is only one place I call home: Address.
This wasn’t my first stay, and it certainly won’t be my last. Over the years, Address has become my home away from home. There are many beautiful hotels, but very few can make you feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and cared for every single time you return. This hotel does exactly that.
Everything is exceptional. The peaceful atmosphere, the immaculate cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms, the outstanding service, and most importantly, the people. From the moment we arrive for check-in until the moment they wish us a safe journey home, every interaction is filled with warmth, kindness, and professionalism.
Unfortunately, I’m terrible at remembering names (as always!), so I don’t want to mention a few people and unintentionally leave anyone out. Instead, I want to thank every single member of the Reservation and the Front Office team. Your genuine smiles, kindness, patience, and professionalism never go unnoticed.
A very special thank you to the Reservations and Front Desk teams. As someone who almost always ends up extending my stay or changing rooms, I know I don’t make things easy! Yet every single time, you go above and beyond to make everything seamless and to ensure my comfort comes first. Your flexibility and dedication mean more than you know.
I also want to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful surprise upgrade to a suite. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I truly didn’t expect, and it made my stay even more memorable. It’s moments like these that make people wonder why I love this hotel so much—this is exactly why. Your generosity and genuine care for your guests create memories that stay with us long after we leave.
To the Housekeeping team: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are the hidden heroes of this hotel. Your hard work, attention to detail, and dedication keep everything spotless and comfortable every single day. I truly appreciate everything you do, even if guests don’t always get the chance to say it. You deserve every bit of recognition.
To everyone at the restaurant and the lounge, thank you for making every meal feel personal. You have become more like friends than hotel staff. Your warm smiles, your hospitality, and the simple way you ask how our day has been or whether we’re comfortable mean more than you probably realize. Those small conversations make a big difference and make us feel truly at home. You are also the hidden heroes behind the wonderful experience this hotel provides.
A heartfelt thank you to the Concierge team as well. Special thanks to Mr. Shaker, whose outstanding service always stands out, even before we arrive at the hotel and all the way until it’s time for us to head to the airport. Thank you to the door team for always keeping the entrance welcoming and secure, and to the bell team for your kindness, efficiency, and care with our luggage. Over the years, you’ve become more than familiar faces, you feel like friends. Your honesty, warmth, and professionalism are deeply appreciated.
I promise that on my next visit, I’ll make a real effort to remember everyone’s names, even if it means writing an even longer review dedicated to every single member of the team, because every one of you deserves to be recognized.
