La decoración de la habitación, el baño y la cama súper cómoda.

El servicio de parking del hotel es un auténtico desastre; un sábado a las 9 am, había un evento con dj en el hotel en las Zonas comunes , sí a las 9 de la mañana un sábado ; el sonido de la música , el volumen era insoportable en las habitaciones , otro desastre.

"Cool Hotel to stay in for short stay in Madrid"

Near Railway station allowing easy access to many areas. The hotel was bright and clean with a Hard Rock theme throughout. The staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful. The breakfast was good and allowed you to order extra soecifuc items if you wished. We didn't manage to use the pool/garden area but it looked good with plenty of seating and a nice pool (although small). Loved the music in the lifts and the Spotify playlists you could scan around the hotel. The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and lively views across the city.

We ate in the main restaurant on the first night. Food was lovely but there was a lack of wine choice as we were told the wine had not been delivered, which was a pity as we didn't have much choice and we like wine with our meal.

First time at Hard Rock Hotel, was nice :) Swimming pool is very nice, could be maybe a bit bigger. The room was super clean, I liked the style of it. Bed was super comfortable, made me feel like Im sleeping at home. The hotel is close to public transport and has a lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel is super dog friendly

High additional costs, parking is extremely expensive, laundry.
