Check in was quick. The hotel is clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and conveniently organised.

It’s a bit hit and miss in all areas. There is only one small lift so sometimes it’s a long wait. Staff was generally nice but not super efficient. At breakfast, the same waitress would ask us what would we like to drink and then not bring it. It happened 3 times mornings in a row. Each time we would have to reorder with someone else. Breakfast was good but not amazing. Very small salad bar, not much hot food in hot food section, the spread just felt scarce. Location is ok. Not super lovely but walkable everywhere. Very rarely there was someone at the door to help with calling a taxi or to hold umbrella. In general, the hotel has potential but needs refining.
