Hotel is located in a great area, everything is within walking distance. Rooms are nice and big for a family of 4 and staff are super helpful and friendly.
Property was clean and minimalistic. Walkable distance from several metro stations. Restaurants and cafe across the street and around the corner. 10-15min taxi from Namba station where you can train to airport KIX. Rooms were large enough for 2+2, with a separate toilet and a dining table to seat all 4 comfortably. My level had 4 rooms, and a single lift for all 12 floors. Wasn’t high traffic. Water refill at ground level. Will try another Minaru branch next time if I go back to Japan.
The hotel had great staff and had all the amenities you could need. There is a spa on the third floor and a laundromat on the first floor. On top of the usual things you would find in an hotel room, our room came with a large fridge, a microwave, a stovetop and even dishes and silverware. Dotonbori being a few minutes away is the cherry on top.
Very close to train stations and shops. Laundromat is right next door - with a cold wash option!

We found a person at the front desk that is from Spain and she was super nice, very professional and we were very comfortable because she spoke our language.

Hotel was great for the value, spacious rooms. Great for families or even couples who just want a little more space than other hotels offer. Staff at Mimaru Shinsaibashi East was wonderful. We had an early flight and needed transportation big enough for 2 families and they immediately called a taxi service for us and reserved the transportation for us.
