La higiene del centro en sí, y de las habitaciones. El trato por parte del personal de recepción si no sabes inglés correctamente serán muy condescendientes.

Location is great and convenient with the red line tram stop in front of the hotel. There's also a shopping centre with a supermarket and chemist a 2-mins walk away. It was great to have a kitchenette with a washer-dryer. Having difficult dietary requirements, it was great to be able to make my own meals. The Dunnes store has a large selection of dietary foods like vegan, gluten-free and sugar free, which was really convenient

Some of the kitchen stuff wasn't cleaned properly, but was not the end of the world as we put them in the dishwasher. Inconsistent check-in welcome. We didn't get the warmest welcome, wasn't rude but didn't go out of his way to explain anything about the facilities and gave us zero information about the fact there's no daily cleaning. When checking out there were people in front of us being checked out and the woman helping them gave them a lot of useful information and explained they can get fresh towels free of charge, and have their bins collected etc, if they ask reception. I really would have appreciated the same information when we checked in.
