Large, well-appointed rooms, luxurious common areas, and ultimate professionalism.

The atmosphere, while, absolutely professional, was a bit too cold and aloof.

I absolutely loved the service here at the Grand Peridot. From arrival, throughout the trip and even after - Jess, our personal guest host looked after us. She provided great recommendations, told us when the train came and even helped us when we had checked out of the hotel several days later with a hot shower and a space to relax and wait for our overnight train days later. The food, the service and the overall experience was 10/10!

For such a great experience, the hotel pool is a bit average and not overly well kept and serviced. The pool chairs are quite close together and I wouldn’t spend a long time there.

The pool level and sky bar were such a vibe in the evenings with live entertainment. The buffet breakfast was sensational, the staff and service was top notch! An absolutely stunning hotel

The individual AC in the rooms makes it a work to keep the temperature as you want, not really a big complain as I'm sure other travellers enjoy it
