The sheets on bed are very dry and not soft ! The coffee machine is old and hard to make coffee

"Amazing lux hotel in the heart of Naples!!"

This is a lux hotel with great amenities and wonderful staff. Monica was super helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. We were able to check in early, and walk around Naples on our last day in Italy. This is a great place to end your vacation in Italy. We also had dinner at their Michelin Star restaurant and it was superb. What a nice touch!!
