"Great hotel location to explore Tokyo"

Location is good... just few minutes walk from Shinjuku Station where there are many lines. Lots of shopping (Don Quijote, Uniqlo, Sanrio, Onitsuka Tiger etc) and good food nearby. Booked Mt Fuji day trip and was picked up at the hotel. Super convenient

Rooms are cleaned only every 3 days.

The hotel’s location near Shinjuku station was excellent. The room was comfy and a reasonable size. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

It was quite expensive, but probably typical for Tokyo.

The location and the cleanliness was fantastic. Loved the washrooms.

The room was extremely small for two people. I know the size is mentioned but when you see it in real life it’s difficult to manoeuver also with open suitcases.

The size of a twin room is relatively large for Shinjuku location.. very convenient to many malls and train station..

The staff made a big fuss about eco cleaning and regular cleaning so we requested to have regular cleaning for our stays - only to have our request ignored.. didn't see a point in why they wasted 5 mins of our time during check in for this process if it wasn't going to be honoured.. otherwise all fine..
