Ligging, vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam personeel.

Het etablissement is niet meer wat je in 2026 mag verwachten voor Venetië en staat niet in verhouding tot de prijs die je ervoor betaald… Verouderd hotel dat onder het mom van nostalgie een bestoft verblijf rechtvaardigt waar hygiëne bedenkelijk is (gordijnen, vloerbedekking,…) ondanks het onderhoudspersoneel dat heel vriendelijk is en prima werk levert. Ik heb ook veel bedenkingen over de brandveiligheid…

Posizione centralissima e luminosità della camera.

Da precisare che il commento è riferito alla camera coniglio al 4 piano senza ascensore. La camera a parte la luminosità data dall'altezza del 4 piano e dalla presenza di 2 finestre è risultata piccola, trascurata e non funzionale, partendo dell'accumulo di materiali nel pianerottolo davanti all'ingresso della camera, all'aspiratore del bagno cieco non funzionante, alla cassaforte non fissata, all'impianto di riscaldamento all'inizio non funzionante poi dopo sistemazione insufficiente, agli arredi rovinati, a macchie di muffa sulla parete nord.
