"Excellent"

Location was everything. The facility itself was clean. The food was good.

Some of the staff was rude and my bed sheets were not clean. I was told that someone would come to remake the bed and all they did was brought clean sheets. I also asked for a print out at the end of the stay and was not able to get.

I didn’t like that the hallways was not cleaned the whole week we was staying same stuff in the floor from Sunday when we got there till Friday when we left

The layout was difficult and confusing to navigate since all the walls in the maze of the layout looked identical, wall art in the halls would solve this issue

"Would stay here again, even with the extra expenses."

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Loved the option of waterpark and relaxing pools. Kitchen was large, plenty of cups and plates. Restaurant at the waterpark was delicious and decent prices. All staff were excellent! Close to Disney and close to shops. Rooms are exactly as shown on website!

Room was quite far from the waterpark, long walk. Disappointing to run out of shampoo and condition so quick, not much was in the room as far as toilet paper, dish soap, and towels go. And it was hard to get more, enough for everyone for the week. Had to buy a lot of unexpected things from the store to get through the week. The wave rider thing for kids is a rip off, very expensive for the very little time each person gets.

"Nice room and I am sure great for Disney Vacation travelers, but not a great staycation place for FL residence."

The room was nice and clean. The lobby area was clean.

The hallways and elevators were dirty and need updating. The garage a tight fit and EXPENSIVE TO PARK. Parking was not included with your stay. The pool area was nice, but not for the price. The lazy river had only a few rafts and needs a good cleaning it had a lot of debris (leaves, mulch, ect) floating in it!

The rooms were very nice

There was nothing more for my kids to do except the water park. Everything outside of that you have to pay for. It wasn’t a great experience
