Love the stay, staff was nice, specially Donna at the reception was an amazing person, made my day with her pleasant personality.

The AC in my room was making too much noise. Maintaining the bathrooms and ACs is required. The Muslim shower was also not working properly.

location, Breakfast restaurant was happy start of the day in the other side

Room facilities: I was given an old room with outdated appliances, including an old dishwasher and washing machine. Most of the sanitary fixtures were blocked or not functioning properly. This was disappointing, especially since I book very frequently and have previously been given much more updated rooms.
