Me gustó mucho las habitaciones, pero sobre todo el trato recibido por el personal. En especial deJacky Hoang. Después de la noche que pasamos en el hotel, nos fuimos a Ninh Binh y nos dejaron ducharnos a los 4 adultos que íbamos. Muy buena calidad precio y bien ubicado.

Location is excellent and there are many restaurants and shops near by in the heart of the old quarter and a few minutes away from the lake

Communication should have been better as i booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised having a roof top pool , however when we checked in we were informed that is was under maintenance and we could have used another hotels pool like 5 minutes away, why was this not communicated when we made the reservation? Also mind you that the bell tower of the cathedral next door is waking you up at 5 am every morning
