"Angel is the best host ever!"

We initially booked a club king room and during checkin our host, Angel, offered an upgrade to club king suite with a view. We’re so glad we accepted the offer because the room is HUGE, bigger than the apartments in HK. During our second leg of our trip she helped reserve the same suite but a higher floor. When we walked into the bedroom there was a panda waiting for us and a personal note. Angel remembered my daughter loves panda. It’s the little things like this that made our stay memorable. She’s the best host that we’ve ever met!

Понравилось абсолютно все. Отель находится в тихом районе, это большой плюс, ночью тихо и безопасно. Уютные, новые номер, все чисто, стильно, красиво. В номере находиться приятно. Бар бесплатно, вкусный чай, сладости, напитки. Завтрак хороший, достаточно чтобы быть довольным. Персонал дружелюбный. Чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. При въезде надо оставлять залог. На 10 дней 400 дол.

"Truly great experience"

Is Hong Kong the greatest city in the world? Possibly. Is Hotel ICON the best hotel in Hong Kong? Again, quite possibly. We enjoyed a tremendous ten night stay here in May and June 2026, and both the hotel and its staff were absolutely faultless. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and helpful, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. A special thank you to Harmony in the lounge for her advice and insights into Hong Kong. Ideally located in Kowloon, close to the Avenue of Stars and just a five minute walk from the Hung Hom MTR station, everywhere we wanted to visit was within easy reach. Upgrading to a room with lounge access was well worth it, not only for the spectacular views across Victoria Harbour, but also for the excellent breakfasts, afternoon teas and evening cocktails. I genuinely cannot fault this hotel and cannot wait to return.
