POP! Hotel Teuku Umar Denpasar - Bali

The price was good, affordable. But the cleanliness needs to be improved. The dirty public area was visible, the room with damp smell, the bathroom with watermarks, the torn towels, yellowish room floor. Need more maintenance

i really have a good time in this hotel, spent my day off in here with someone that i loved, thankyou for the excellent service during i stay here, good place, good price and good location♥️ good experience too☺️

your receptionist very handy, however on breakfast they gave us an expired yoghurt had informed your staff accordingly house keeping very helpfull, we can change two towels in the morning in overall , we are very satisfied with POP HOTEL will come back

I have, stayed here many times over the years since it opened bugt they seem to be improving various, areas all of the time very clean, staff are, efficient, centrelly located to most things in Denpasar.

Check-In process is really fast and they also accept OVO as digital payment that allows guest settling their payment more options, they also provide stall and selling like, Chitato, Magnum ice cream make customer easier during stay however would be better if this stall operated use Vending Machine instead of selling thing manually by asking staff in charge on this thing, this day, especially millennial Generation love to deal with machine, fast and instant as well instead of dealing with people, using machine really efficient in this context of issue.

When we were staying at Pop hotel especially at teuku umar street, I got good services actually from customer service where arrived there and the room was very tidy and literally comfortable for us, thank you so much for the great services. We do hope, next month, we can spend our holiday at Pop Hotel exactly with our family.

Great hotel at center of Denpasar, and every event i had in denpasar i always stay at this Hotel. Close to food court, Friendly staff and the room always clean. Recommended Hotel at Denpasar!! Thank you Pop Hotel Teuku Umar!

Check in progress was so smooth and fast. In addition the front staff is friendly and offer us very warm greeting. They helped us to find the room even it was not that hard to find the room. I am sure that when in future i will visit Denpasar, you will get my notif.
