CitizenM Amsterdam South is a cashless hotel. Reservation should be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Guests can also prepay the reservation before arrival, free of charge. Non refundable rates require payment within 48 hours after confirmation. The hotel will send you a secured pay link within 24 hours to complete the payment. Check-in and check-out is done at the self-service terminal. Early check-in is free of charge (before 14:00) upon availability · Supplement for late check-out is 29 EUR (11:00-14:00) upon availability Please note that when travelling by train, use the south exit to reach the property.
