Have a private pool

I am Mohammed Suhail Al Shamsi, room number 116. I stayed at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Hotel from June 2nd to June 3rd, 2026. I encountered a major problem while showering in the outdoor pool when a cockroach emerged from the pool filter box. My family was terrified and immediately left the area, and we subsequently left the hotel.
