"clean and special atmosphere"

I made two requests before my stay, but unfortunately I did not receive any reply by email. When I mentioned this at check-in, the front desk staff kindly assisted me and handled my requests very professionally. I truly appreciated their support. However, if such assistance was available, I believe it would have been much better to receive a reply to my emails in advance, as it would have given me greater peace of mind before my arrival.

I also felt that there was limited communication and coordination between the front desk and the concierge on the first floor. Considering this is a five-star hotel, this was a little disappointing.
