It was well priced. Previous reviews suggested it needed work but our room was very clean, renovated and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

Our first run smelled very funky from the aircon. We were able to change rooms without issue and the 2nd one was fine.

King size bed was broke it caves toward the middle. pull out couch was dirty and broken floors left our feet black pool was not clean and very cold. 4th floor smelt like natural gas when you walked out the room. Woke up very congested from AC not being cleaned properly nor the room. Let staff know when checking out.

"Great people, clean adequate hotel but far from Athens."

The staff was excellent. Everyone from the housekeeping staff to all the people manning the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also tasty and varied, we especially liked the waffles.

The prices were jacked up because of the UGA graduation in Athens. We paid over $200 a night and stayed for 3 nights., Crazy prices for that hotel. I realize they did it because they could and it was fully booked. It is also over 6 miles from Athens and there's nothing nearby except for a Sonic.
