Hotel has everything, It's decor is grand, and it's clean, restaurant is superb and always cooking,also a coffee house inside too,,,as well as a swimming pool sauna etc oh and a a cute little night club on level 4...it's something like 30 floors high and the views are just stunning. Security are vigilant and impressive, well mannered gentlemen always willing to help, as is the concierge, room service is daily or as you decide, Location is superb, the metro and the train station are within throwing distance , and using either 15 mins away from the centre of Moscow ...seriously cannot fault this establishment.
The hotel was okay. It seemed very old and the ambience was a bit off. However, the reception at the frontdesk was very fast, friendly and just warm overall. It is also located next to the Izmailovo Kremlin. That's another bonus.

We're stay at this hotel all the time, when we come to Moscow. The staff is great. The location is excellent. Many places where to eat and make shopping. everything is close. the rooms are always clean and tidy. All managers and employees of the hotel are always friendly and always check in us early then 2-4pm if there are vacant rooms.
