Hotel Grand Arc Hanzomon

I went with my entire family for a vacation to Japan back in May 2026. Most of our time spent was in Kyoto but we started our trip in Tokyo. We needed two rooms for 2 nights and had booked different set of combinations as the same kind of rooms were unavailable. When we checked in, we were very early. The staff was kind enough to provide us with both rooms after 1 hour but the best part was that they upgraded both rooms to deluxe and on the top floors with excellent views. Apart from that, the hotel itself was clean and well maintained and the staff were courteous. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it. It was not really a buffet but a set menu which was ok for us. Overall, great stay and would recommend to others.

Location: I felt Hanzamom is primarily a business location even though it is right across from the Imperial palace. So you find a lot of people with suits walking around. There were certainly tourists like us as well. Great news though, the metro is a block away and you can pretty much go anywhere.

東京駅から近くたいへん静かで散歩に最適。銀座へはタクシーで１０分、日本橋へはメトロで乗換なし。

土曜、日曜の和食店、天婦羅店が営業していればもっと良い。

Fantastic location and view. Staff extremely helpful and accomodating. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. I hope to come back to this hotel again.

역에서 멀고 버스 배차간격이 길어 주변 이동이 쉽지 않음 / 가격에 비해 방이 좁고 시설이 다소 낡음

This our second time staying there and will return. Staff 10 out of 10. They’re amazing!!
