"Attic room without informing and charging the same payment"

We booked a family room for 3 persons one month earlier. But the staff gave us an attic room just because we came late in 9PM and charge the same amount of fees. The attic room was a disaster. It was really really really bad because it had no curtains upstairs, and it was totally brightened when sun came out in early 5AM! (Breakfast serves at 7AM). That was really a bad bad bad experience of stay in this hotel on the first day!

Above all, the location, large rooms, very clean and excellent service.

Access to the swimming pool was restricted to users of the spa.

It has free food and refreshments the whole day with our tariff. The place and the room was great. The breakfast was the best we ever had in a hotel, great quality and variety.

There were no bad sides.
