"overall the room was satisfactory"

1. Husband is disabled and our room on the second floor was all the way down the hall from the elevator 2. The toilet paper and kleenix was recycled paper, not first quality like I expected. 3. Breakfast menu did not have a good selection of pasteries. 4. we were not informed of the handicap parking in rear. Found out on my own. 5. I have a hearing imparment and had a hard time understand the check in clerk,

"We needed sleep after a long day and before another one and didn’t get it; I wish we could get our money back."

The location was fine.

The room was hot, even with the thermostat set at 67. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The shower leaked - just poured out the door onto the floor and made a dangerous pool on the floor. Light from the hall was very bright coming in under the door and from the parking lot coming through the “blackout” curtains.

The location of this property was beautiful. I felt like I was in the woods. The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The pool was clean. There were ample restaurants nearby for fine dining.
