City of Dreams - The Countdown Hotel

Check-in service was very bad. Need to queue up twice for room check-in

The bed size of double twin is big so it’s good to book one King and one connecting Twin for big family group travel.

A good overall stay. The beds need to be upgraded. Center part of the beds are saggy.

The hotel rooms are really not acceptable. Understand this is not a new hotel, but keeping it tidiness and cleanness are basic requirements. But i dont think this hotel can provide. Really disappointed to this hotel.

Nice hotel. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Yet it’s a bit not convenient for a separate toilet

Terrible service.

The toilet design is not very good, there is not washing point in the toilet area. So which means after u finished ur biz u will hve to come out and wash ur hands in the shower area

Great location, the staff i encountered was good, would stay again if in Macau.

The reception and lobby is peaceful and Hardrock shop is inside the hotel. One of the best chinese cuisine at the Golden Pavillion restaurant.The hotel is overall excellent except for its bathtub which is difficult to get in because of the big glass which blocks 2/3 of the tub. After showering, it is pretty unsafe to get off the bathtub. Suggest to remove the glass and replace with a shower curtain instead.

Keep it up good job great staff great management. Hope to see u people again
