"Good Rooms Bad Lobby"

Rooms are newly renovated and they are excellent, but the condition of the lobby and elevators are bad. Will stay there again since I don't spend much time at the hotel itself.

"Crowne PLAZA RIYADH"

After spending the day fighting traffic and in appointments to come back to the Hotel with friendly staff ,clean luxurios rooms and good food was bliss.Our company wil be back Thank you Crowne Plaza Staff

"Beware of Construction Site"

Due ti heavy construction works the hotel is not recommended for the time being. The wellness area is also closed !!!

"The Staff are the jewel in this Crowne"

"Inconvenient Location"

The hotel is under heavy construction and renovation, still major part of it not considered as 5 star, and looks very old. Inside the rooms are ok, but outside are not. Maybe should wait till they finish the renovation.

"My stay was for business but it became for relaxation too …."

During my stay in Crown Plaza Riyadh, my felling was I am at home. People are friendly and nice, Hotel facilities are modern and meeting my expectation for a business Hotel. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for safe and comfortable place.

"So so"

The hotel location is in the interiors and not well known amongst the people living in Riyadh. The hotel staff is friendly & the rooms are recently rennovated so the rooms are new. The gym is extremely small & only for namesake with hardly any equipments (no treadmill even). Overall an ok stay, & will probably not repeat it.
