Il Salviatino Firenze

Amazing service that could not have been better. My husband and I ran into some trouble (theft in town centre) but the staff here offered every bit of help possible to alleviate the inconveniences and made our stay in Florence so much better than it would’ve been. Dinner was lovely and the ambience was great with a beautiful view over Florence. The hotel was beautiful and stylish with class, and absolutely lives up to its 5 stars! The spa is also a hidden gem that’s beautifully maintained. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Florence.

Beautiful grounds, friendly and extremely accommodating staff. Large rooms with AC. Shuttle is provided every hour, all day that takes you to the Florence center and back. Pool area is beautiful, has 3 different pool areas with a bar that serves drinks and lunch. The grounds are gorgeous, can’t say that enough. The staff greeted us when we arrived to the hotel, and made us feel like royalty for the entire time we spent there. The hotel is also away from the hustle and bustle of Florence.

I rarely do give hotels 10 stars but this is a ten out of ten. It‘s pricey but worth every Euro. The serene atmosphere in the buildings, the huge pool in the park, the handy shuttle into the city centre, breakfast on a green and cosy terrace overlooking beautiful Florence. Don’t get me going about the cake buffet at breakfast! Can I say more? Will definitely be coming back with or without my picky and demanding teenager, who also loved the hotel.

Two mattresses were put together with an uncomfortable seam in the middle to make a king bed.

Our stay at il Salviatino was superb! We stayed for a couple of nights in July for a portion of our Honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for better! The entire hotel is absolutely beautiful - from the rooms, to the spa, the gardens, to the pool. We spent most of our stay poolside - and it made for some perfect days. The entire staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Each meal we had was memorable! An adding perk that we took advantage of was the free spa amenities. We would absolutely recommend il Salviatino!
