room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. The lady at the front desk was very informative and friendly (I think her name was Shay)

the shampoo bottle was broken in the shower, but I had brought my own anyway

Location, cleaness, king size matress very comfortable.

Sofa bed was terrible and pillows too. Air conditioning unit was super noisy. The personnel at the front desk was usually gone and we had to wait for them ~10-15 minutes.
