I had a very positive experience at Hotel Margaret. The biggest highlight is definitely its location. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the train station, making transportation very easy. It is also surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and other useful amenities. In addition, the main tourist attractions are only a few minutes away on foot, which makes exploring the city extremely convenient. Another standout feature is the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, and the team was always willing to assist with any questions or requests. For the price, it’s a good deal.

Very well located, 5 minute walk from bus or train station and well situated for walking to all the sights. I was able to leave my luggage in reception till midday.

Location, staff was really nice and polite.

Clear places that need cleaning, especially in the bathroom, regarding black spots. Towels were sport towels, which was completely outrageous as it is a one star hotel, and not someone's low quality Airbnb. Our room was right next to the staff room (wall sharing), a senior, which ruined the couple's intimacy. In the room it is said that they have a laundry service, asking staff, it was not available. As we got to the Hotel, we immediately looked into other options, which if booked last minute, would deliver much more quality for a much lower price. We also asked for a double bed, and were delivered two single beds placed together.
