Todo en general la comida de la habitación y las instalaciones. Teníamos incluida el almuerzo o la cena y fueron estupendos los mismos.

2 cosas , una que para llegar a la recepción habia que subir unas escaleras y nadie nos facilito ayuda, si bien nosotros pudimos para personas mayores es dificultoso. Lo 2do el desayuno no era lo esperado, o sea la contratará de las comidas que si lo fueron

Excelente localização! Para quem quer aproveitar a Gran Via e as principais atrações próximas à Plaza de España, é uma excelente alternativa! Funcionários respeitosos e prestativos. A limpeza e o conforto dos quartos são muito bons. Recomendo muito a estadia.

A acessibilidade pode ser um problema para idosos ou pessoas com deficiência. Alguns degraus acabam sendo obrigatórios, o que pode dificultar para esse público. A TV do quarto também apresenta poucas opções de canais e não teve conectividade com apps (Youtube, por exemplo).
