It is clean, fascilities are easy to use and get new ones. Breakfast was fine. Warabimochi matcha was the reason I didn't miss a breakfast 😁 the staff is very kind and helpful, easy check in and check out.

Prepare yourself that nobody really speaks English, but they are very friendly and you can use translating apps. Also there is no contactless payments and make sure bring card with you. Also concider to have cash in JPY, many placed are cash only.
