De ligging van het hotel is prettige ten opzichte van de stad. Het ontbijt was redelijk tot goed.

De bad / douche verhouding was een regelrechte ramp, want je had een vrij hoge instap en de douchekop zat aan de verkeerde muur geplaatst, waardoor al het water op de badkamervloer terecht kwam. Ook kon je in de ontbijtzaal bij de ongeïnteresseerde “obers” een espresso, cappuccino of latte bestellen, maar hierbij kunnen zelf geen melk opschuimen en wordt de koude melk gewoon bij de koffie gegooid als zijnde cappuccino gepresenteerd aan je.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Prague. The breakfast is good. We stayed in a suite which felt like the upper room resembled a loft area without windows. When we checked in we paid the tourist tax on arrival. The hotel knew this had been paid, but the girl on the desk tried to get us to pay it again. I’ve heard this happens a lot, so expect them to try and ask you to pay it twice !!!! Not good enough!

The property felt welcoming. The temperature was cool and had a drink station by the reception

Nothing to express

Location is excellent. Breakfast is not so good, certainly not what is expected of a 5 star hotel. The staff at the reception was nice, polite and helpful.

The housekeeping service was very poor. The amenities in the room were not of the standard we are accustomed to in 5 star hotels. The dining facilities were very limited.
