La hubicación, el barrio seguro, hotel grande, limpio en general, con frigobar, el desayuno completo con opciones veganas, el personal del restaurant del desayuno muy amable. Felipe, muy atento, nos ayudó con la alimentación para mi sobrina de 4 años.

Por las características del grupo tuvimos que esperar un rato extenso para recibir todas las habitaciones, lo resolvieron muy bien. Sin embargo, al comienzo la recepcionista no fue tan amable ni dócil, tuve que explicarle todo el contexto para que empatizara. Mi costumbre es que el staff sean cálidos y comprendan que tras un largo vuelo uno requiere más comprensión y atención sobretodo si viene una pequeña y adultos mayores.. Lo otro, a ratos se sentía un olor a desagüe y tuve que pedir cambio de cobertor por que estaba manchado. Lo resolvieron, pero es mejor cuando no pasa.

Keine Bar ab 23 h obwohl viel Gäste nach dem Metallica Konzert hin wollten. Es gab nur eine Automaten in 2 Stock.
